This studio-flat offers a comfortable stay for a single traveller or for a couple. The next metro station is just 4 min away. The flat is located in the center of Athens and within 15-30 min walk, it is possible to reach to most of the historical spots or the famous party area. Supermarkets and the local market(Tuesday and Thursdays) are within 5-6 min walking distance.

The bed is 140 cm x 200 cm. Essentially equipped small kitchen has a fridge, stove, kettle and a toaster. For sure the shower and the toilet are private, only for the guests.
We provide fresh towels and linens. The WiFi network is also offered free of charge.

If you don't want to walk, the next metrostation Metaxurgio as well as bus/trolley stops are just 4 min from the house. Metaxurgio Station is on the M2 line, connecting to most of the central stations (Omonia, University, Syntagma and Acropolis).
The location of the flat is perfect, especially for young people, who want to explore night life of Athens. Gazi, the main clubbing area, is just 10-15 min walk, you really don't need to take a taxi being "a bit drunk" after having a party! But for those, who are not about "partying", the flat offers a calm and comfortable stay during the day and night.

- Please, respect neighbors: be quiet during official siesta time 15:00-17:30 and in the night time after 22:00
- Standard check-in time is after 12am. Check-in before 9am (if possible due to occupancy) and after 8pm is a matter of additional 10€ charge in cash by check-in
- From midnight until 7am check-in is NOT possible.
- Every completed and not completed waiting hour started after 30 min of the expected check-in time is a matter of 10€ surcharge given in cash by check-in
- Check-out time is before 11am. Late check-out is possible only after previous confirmation by us.
- No extra people over the night in the flat.
- Please, do not throw hard waste into the toilet!
